On 4th May 2023, UNECE Public Private Partnership (PPP) forum presentation took place to share the PPP and Innovative Digital Tool strategies in the Kharkiv masterplan.

A meeting on the new Masterplan on 28 May 2022 saw a group of local architects join the discussions led by the Norman Foster Foundation and the Kharkiv City Council.
Immediate reconstruction efforts is being supported by the Ministry for Communities, Territories Development and Infrastructure of Ukraine.
